With 7.8 billion people, thousands of religions, thousands of languages, 193 countries on seven continents, there is simply no limit to how much you can learn. In addition to online resources, sometimes a book can spark your imagination. Throughout the corridor, many local libraries are offering curbside pickup and returns. Here are a few:

Though only 40% of the languages are now endangered, with only 23 accounted languages for the world's populations. Asia is home to the most indigenous languages, followed by Africa. Every student deserves the opportunity to explore California's rich history, natural beauty, and cultural landmarks. Through California's Route to Parks grant program, Gold Runner is helping make that possible by coordinating educational field trips that connect youth with California State Parks while introducing many students to rail travel for the very first time.

On Friday, June 26, the Gold Runner brought tacos and shaved ice to the Modesto station as a thank you to riders and the community, hosting a passenger appreciation event from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m.
